Pilates Retreat Itinerary

Friday 18th May

Arrive at your leisure between 3 and 6pm
Settle in then enjoy your pre-booked private consultation with Sally, lasting 15 to 20 minutes

7.30 pm Welcome dinner (vegetarian option available on request), prepared by our chef and hosted by your team: Sally, Emily and Kayleigh

Saturday 19th May

8 -9 am Stretch and Flow Pilates class

9.15 – 10.15 am Continental Breakfast with locally produced coffee, teas, cereals and pastries and jam

10 – 11.30 am Pre-book your 30 minute 1-to-1*

12 pm Guided wildlife walk to local pub (optional, sturdy footwear recommended)

5 -6 pm Strengthen and tone Pilates class

Evening free to explore and unwind

Sunday 20th May

8.30- 9.30 am Pilates using small equipment

9.45 – 10.45 Continental Breakfast as before

10.30 am – 1.30 pm Pre-book your 30 minute 1-to-1*

2.30 – 3.30 pm Dynamic Pilates class

4 pm Bedfordshire Afternoon Tea with locally produced tea, sandwiches, scones, cakes and jams and an optional glass of Prosecco or Champagne (additional charge)

5.15 pm Check out or extend your stay to explore the many attractions of Bedfordshire including local vineyard (check it’s open on a Monday!!), Woburn Estate; Woburn Safari Park; Wrest Park, Go Ape etc (please ask for ideas more ideas)
