Your privacy is important to Clophill Heritage Trust. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that Clophill Heritage Trust collects and the ways in which Clophill Heritage Trust uses that personal information.
General
1. Clophill Heritage Trust cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or personal accident or injury. All activities are entered into at your own risk. Clophill Heritage Trust is covered by public liability insurance. By booking an activity with Clophill Heritage Trust, either via its website or as a paper booking, you acknowledge that Clophill Heritage Trust has taken all reasonable steps to safeguard its liability in this respect.
2. A reservation is made once a booking form (electronic or paper) together with a deposit, has been received from you and the booking is confirmed in writing or email by Clophill Heritage Trust. Provisional bookings can be held for 7 days, pending receipt of the completed form and deposit.
3. Deposit paid is non refundable. Full balance becomes due one month prior to your booked event. Unless notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to the event, balance monies will remain due and payable.
4. If an event is cancelled due to insufficient numbers or illness an alternative date will be offered.
5. If an event is cancelled due to bad weather an alternative date will be offered. Clophill Heritage Trust will make a weather check the night before the event is due to take place and will notify members as to the order of the day.
6. Clophill Heritage Trust reserves the right to change the programme due to circumstances beyond our control. Any significant alterations will be advised to you and any alterations so made will be of similar quality to those decided previously.
7. If Clophill Heritage Trust needs to cancel an event for any other reason, a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made; however no further liability can be accepted by Clophill Heritage Trust.
